    • Display your location on maps within the App (if required option is selected by user).

    • Display the location of IoT devices associated with your account.

  • Contact Number: We collect your contact number which is optional for communication regards to your account.

  b) Device and App Usage Data

  • We may collect basic device information such as device model, operating system version, and interaction with notifications, solely for improving the App’s performance and notifications.

• How We Use Your Information

  We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To authenticate users and allow access to authorized data.

  • To display system detection, summaries, and detailed reports based on your client account.

  • To display the location of IoT devices and/or the user's location (if necessary).

  • To send notifications about system alerts and important updates through Firebase Cloud Messaging.

• How We Share Your Information

  • We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their commercial purposes.

    We may share information if required to do so by law, or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or others.

• Third-Party Services

  • We use trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

    • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): For sending push notifications and alerts.

  • We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Access to the App is secured through login credentials provided to you by your organization's administrator.

  • You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.

    • As the App operates under client-managed accounts, any such requests must be made through your organization's administrator or by contacting us directly.
